TRANSFER
OF A gTLD DOMAIN NAME to a new Admin-c - Owner (CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP)
The request to modify a domain name (i.e. change
the domain name from www.your-company.com to www.yourname.com) is
considered to all effects to be a renunciation
of the domain name previously assigned together with a request
for a new domain name. Nevertheless,
other data regarding the documentation presented for the registration of a domain
name can be changed. Only domains maintained by NetRegister
can be modified. Otherwise, the domain must be before transferred
to NetRegister and after applied the modifications. 1.
Modification of an existing Admin-c If some data of the admin-c
are modified or changed, it is necessary to inform NetRegister by sending an e-mail
to the Support Staff,
specifying "MODIFICA DATI ENTRY PERSON" as the e-mail subject.
The e-mail body must solely contain the admin-c object with all the new
data. Example: To: support@netregister.biz

Change of Admin-c In order to change the admin-c of a domain name
it is compulsory to send a request for changing the admin-c signed by both
old and new admin-c. This request
can be sent via ordinary mail or via fax to: +39 036 5376640 3.
Change of Registrant - Owner In order to change
the Registrant (owner) of a domain name it is compulsory to send a request
for changing the Registrant signed by the admin-c of the domain. This
request can be sent via ordinary mail or via fax to: +39 036 5376640 4.
